CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Power Fit Boot Camp
The newest most original fitness class in Austin! Our fun and challenging program is the quickest and most cost effective way to get results! This class is for every fitness level!!!!
$89 for 8 sessions –“Summer Special”

Boot Camp Extreme
Includes all the above but the class time lasts 90 min’s and is designed to focus on Compound Strength, Core, and Cardio. This class will challenge beginners and elite athletics!
$99.00 for 4 sessions

Women In Motion
Class is limited to 5 clients. This class is designed for beginners or clients that have gotten out of working out and want to get back into it. The class will be for an hour and will involve cardio and strength training.
$110 for 8 sessions –“Summer Special”
